Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified training provided)
- Load/unload trucks and maintain organized inventory systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily targets
- Process returns and damaged goods following Amazon guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone familiarity
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage facility
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
