Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and seal orders according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers)
- Verify product quantities and condition before packaging
- Label packages accurately and prepare shipping documentation
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
