Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Optimize workflow by organizing stock in designated zones and maintaining clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
