Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, locate, or relocate items within the fulfillment center.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, ensuring proper handling of products.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to team leads.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Willingness to cross-train in different areas of the fulfillment center.
- Valid state-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
