Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks (equipment provided).
- Organize and store inventory in designated freezer and refrigerated areas.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and cold chain compliance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (below freezing).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
