Your Role
As a Warehouse Loader, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You will ensure that inventory is moved accurately and efficiently, maintaining our high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise from trailers and delivery trucks using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory onto racks, shelves, and pallets according to company standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo on-site safety training and certification.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
