Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and speed.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated temperature zones (Refrigerated/Frozen).
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and facility safety systems.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of storage aisles and workspaces.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company SOPs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) in varying temperature conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
