Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet daily performance targets.
- Inspect products for damage and prepare them for shipping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various temperatures (hot/cold) and environments.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to cross-train on multiple functions within the warehouse.
