Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using provided scanning equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure efficient operations
- Participate in inventory counts and quality control checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
