Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided by Amazon) including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Scan, sort, and organize inventory with precision using handheld scanners
- Load and unload shipments while maintaining safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to Amazon's safety standards and ergonomic practices
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
