Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems with precision
- Manage inventory using WMS software with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics teams for seamless operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
