Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, pallet jacks, scanners) with provided gear
- Pick, pack, and sort inventory using handheld scanners and mobile devices
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory flow efficiently
- Track shipments through Amazon's proprietary logistics system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to 2401 Commerce Rd, Richmond, VA
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
