Responsibilities
- Execute daily order fulfillment by picking, packing, and labeling merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure optimal workflow and safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory control processes and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shift goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (Forklift certification is a plus but not required).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
