Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from the warehouse shelves and pack them securely into boxes for shipment.
- Labeling and Documentation: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips to ensure proper tracking of every order.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards for customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome applicants with zero prior warehouse experience; training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for weighing packages and calculating postage.
