Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (training available).
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform inventory checks and quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and shift schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (up to 10+ hours).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment with moderate lifting requirements.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
