Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with training)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to the North Philadelphia facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
