Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport pallets safely within the temperature-controlled environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and cold chain regulations at all times.
- Inspect equipment and ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Monitor temperature logs and report any discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak operational hours.
- Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping and organizing inventory areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Ability to work comfortably in temperatures below 35°F.
- Previous experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends.
