Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Perform inventory audits and product rotation using WMS systems
- Enforce strict food safety protocols (HACCP standards)
- Coordinate loading/unloading of temperature-sensitive shipments
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Ability to work in 0-40°F refrigerated environments
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability
