Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet delivery targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments (climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas).
- Basic computer skills and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
