Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by maintaining organized storage areas and conducting regular stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in compliance with all company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and operational goals.
- Adapt to changing workflows and assist in other areas of the fulfillment center as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
