Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors (training provided).
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform inbound and outbound operations to meet daily productivity targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and temperature-controlled areas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
