Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Sort and organize inventory in designated bins and areas using handheld scanners.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Adhere to all Amazon policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and operate scanners.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
