Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) for material handling.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock work).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
