Responsibilities
Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Verify order accuracy against pick lists and packing slips.Inspect items for defects and ensure packaging quality.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.Basic math skills for accurate order verification.High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.Reliable transportation to and from the Durham facility.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
