Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Update inventory systems and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve packing bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and packaging accuracy.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
