Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (provided by Amazon) such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Work in various weather conditions, including outdoor loading docks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
