Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory in the fulfillment center.
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
