Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move stock within the facility.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before shipment and report any discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (4-day weekend schedule).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand pick tickets.
