Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Prepare and package orders efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits as required by management.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of inventory and operational status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Must be able to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
