Responsibilities
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is handled with care.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and package them for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid Forklift Certification is a major plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
