Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stocking: Receive and stock incoming inventory onto shelves and storage racks according to safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
