Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Sort, label, and prepare merchandise for delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various environments, including refrigerated areas and loading docks.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects safely.
