Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unpack inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision to ensure on-time delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 49 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
