Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work in various environments, including climate-controlled areas and outdoor receiving.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
