Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using provided equipment and scanners.
- Sort, pick, pack, and ship products accurately to meet daily targets.
- Ensure warehouse aisles and workstations remain clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor shifts).
- Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
