Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Load and unload trucks securely, ensuring cargo safety during transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and optimizing storage layouts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but training available.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
