Role Overview:
As an Order Packer, you will be the final touch in our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and physical stamina are key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and specifications against purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Ensure all packing materials are used efficiently and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
