Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are met.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to achieve daily performance goals and safety metrics.
- Adaptability: Flexibly adjust to different tasks and workflows within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions and safety guidelines.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Equipment Operation: Prior experience operating forklifts or warehouse machinery is a plus but not required.
