Responsibilities
Safe Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload products.Pre-Shift Checks: Conduct thorough inspections of equipment for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory orders while maintaining precise documentation and logs.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Certification: Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification (CDL Class A is a plus).Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related industrial setting.Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive motions.Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
