Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Sort, pack, and label items according to company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Perform daily inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock doors) and a temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
