Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products for distribution and shipping.
- Perform inventory counts and stock maintenance to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
