Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship Orders: Accurately pack products into boxes, ensuring they are secure and ready for delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in the organization of stock to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate provided machinery and equipment, including handheld scanners and pallet jacks, to move goods throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet Amazon's high standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic Math: Ability to count, read, and understand basic instructions.
- Equipment Handling: Willingness to learn how to operate provided warehouse equipment.
