What You'll Do:
- Receive, pick, pack, and scan customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and orders.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
