Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Move packages from delivery vehicles to the warehouse floor efficiently and safely.
- Picking and Packing: Use handheld scanners to locate items and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock and ensure all products are correctly labeled and stored.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, after receiving proper training.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Communication: Basic English reading and comprehension skills are essential.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Activity: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
