Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and inspecting incoming stock and materials.
- Picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Utilizing handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily targets and quotas.
- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
