Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up pickers, following all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency at all times.
- Scan items using handheld scanners and verify inventory against orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 49 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold, for outdoor loading duties.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and counting items.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
