Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process returns and handle inventory adjustments using our warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
