Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Follow all company safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
