Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks) to sort, move, and organize inventory
- Pack, scan, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, safe work environment by following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to Amazon's quality standards and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
