Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory using barcode systems
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California ID (driver's license preferred)
- No prior criminal record required
